Monday, Funday?

The first day of the week is the day that you have to take control and make yourself feel good.
My recommendations on how to beat the Monday Blues are as follows:
In the morning I take a shower and put on nice make up to make myself look good.
Then I have some good food for breakfast such as beef fried rice, chicken tom yum soup, seaweed salad, aor tuna salad.
I turn on a nice music station in my car while driving to work (105.9 is my favorite).
I leave home early then get to work before starting time because then I am able to walk around the office and say hi to co-workers or talk with them.
While working I have some chocolate because chocolate make my day sweet.
I think positive all day and enjoy my work.
I ask a co-worker to have lunch together then talk about their weekend and share my weekend activities, too.
Most people have the Monday Blues because they feel that they are doing the same thing over and over at their job. Making the day seem special can help you beat the Monday Blues.
